The prospect of positively contributing to the journey of people’s lives is the reason why I decided to embark on a career as a Counsellor. I am a dedicated, trustworthy, and compassionate individual and I am strongly passionate about the health and well-being of people’s lives; not only do I desire to empower people, but to see them to better mental and emotional health. My goal is to ensure clients are supported and encouraged so that they can achieve their full potential and I aim to make sure you feel valued and listened to. It is my desire to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential environment for clients to feel comfortable to express their feelings, thoughts, and emotions. I am an integrative Trainee Counsellor, and I am member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), and I abide by their code of ethics. My theoretical approaches are Person Centred/Psychodynamic. I believe seeking therapy is not a sign of weakness but a sign of strength.
