My main interests lie in working with clients’ unconscious to overcome difficulties and aid their personal growth. In my session, I use techniques of working with an active imagination, dreams and fantasies. In my practice I often concentrate on creative aspects of personal development.
Through the clinical practise I developed experience in building therapeutic relationship, and developing clients’ awareness. II often work with clients on their low self-esteem, defences and projections. I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and obsessive compulsive disorders. I have worked with clients on autistic spectrum, refugees and those who have special educational needs. I worked with very young clients who had problems with school settings. In my practice I use art work, archetypical cards, mood cards, sand trays, dreams diaries, letter writing and many more. I believe that creative approach to the therapy provide the most effective and lasting outcomes.
