It is ok to not have all the answers. Feeling ‘stuck’ is not uncommon, the process of unpacking recognises the difficulty many people experience when talking about themselves and what has brought them into the counselling room. The process explores and acknowledges the reality that not all problems are ours to solve nor can we change others. What we can do is begin to understand ourselves through exploring our thoughts and behaviours and how previous experiences may have contributed to shaping our internal belief systems.
The process of counselling can result in increased self-awareness, gaining insights/acceptance, making the changes within and re-framing –exploration as to what is within our power to solve/change.
Julia works with Adults and children and young people from all walks of life.
If you would like to have an initial conversation, Julia is more than happy to offer a 15 minute phone consultation at no cost.
