Josie Hough MBACP

Whether you’ve been feeling stressed at work, anxious about the future, struggling with depression and low-mood or having difficulty with relationships, Integrative Therapeutic Counselling with Josie Hough can provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings and the problems you are facing. Perhaps you simply want to get to know yourself a little better. Together in our counselling sessions we will navigate your journey, providing you with space to share openly aiming to get to the root of what you’ve been struggling with. I’ll support you to identify healthy coping skills which work for you and support you in bolstering your emotional resilience to deal with the obstacles life deals us.

I tailor the service for each individual – and in sessions, I take an integrative and relational approach. This means that I integrate various modalities of counselling, with the focus of the work being the collaborative working relationship we develop. Our sessions will be a space for you speak freely about what you choose to bring, and we will work together to help you set your own goals that in the long-run will leave you feeling happier and better wellbeing overall.

I offer individual in-person (Finchley Central) and online therapeutic counselling. I can provide both long-term and short-term support, depending on your circumstances, needs and wishes. I am currently available in the evenings Monday – Thursday on Fridays during the day. I encourage you to enquire about booking a consultation to discuss further about how we would work together.

Fees: £50 – online, £60 – in-person (Finchley Central)
