Sinead is a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor. She aims for a warm and welcoming atmosphere as she believes it is important to feel comfortable in the room with your therapist. She is experienced in working with panic attacks, generalised anxiety, depression, work stress, OCD, relationship issues, conflict management, low self-esteem, intrusive thoughts and grief and loss. Sinead works in a way that means all feelings and ideas are acceptable in the room. Using a wide range of tools and skills, Sinead aims to help you to feel like the most confident, secure, and ‘integrated’ version of yourself so that you feel more comfortable in your skin and more secure in your relationships.

Through her experience at a charity called One in Four, Sinead specialises in counselling clients with PTSD, complex trauma and survivors of childhood abuse and sexual abuse. She also has experience working with post-natal depression from her work in the charity Cocoon and has experience working with victims of domestic abuse. She has experience working with bereavement and loss at North London Hospice. Over the past few years, Sinead has worked with many clients with OCD and Intrusive Thoughts. She is passionate about helping people with this challenging condition to get to a stage where OCD is no longer ruling their lives.
