I work with adults who are experiencing a range of emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, stress, and anger. I also specialize in helping individuals with anxiety disorders such as OCD, panic disorders, and generalised anxiety disorder. My approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, creating a safe, supportive space where you’ll feel heard and understood without fear of judgment.
My Background
I grew up in Madrid, where I qualified as a psychologist in 2012. In 2013, I moved to London and have embraced life here ever since. Being bilingual (Spanish is my mother tongue, and I speak English at a native level) and bicultural, I work fluently with both English and Spanish-speaking clients.
Since moving to London, I’ve expanded my qualifications, training as an REBT/CBT therapist and becoming an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I am also an EMDR practitioner, which allows me to incorporate powerful techniques to support clients in processing trauma and emotional distress.
My Experience
Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients through private practice, voluntary work at Headstrong, and as part of Anxiety UK. I’ve supported individuals facing issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, shame, and guilt. I specialize in creating a relaxed, collaborative environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions.
I believe that building trust and understanding is key to successful therapy. My integrative approach combines tools and techniques from different modalities to ensure that sessions are both effective and uniquely suited to your needs.
