I am an Integrative Counsellor with a Bachelor’s Degree in Counselling. I am also a Registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I have a friendly and warm approach, and I am focused on developing a positive and trusting relationship with you. You will be supported holistically, enabling us to work together to facilitate a greater awareness and understanding into your difficulties, as well as your strengths.
I currently work in the charity sector as an in-house counsellor, specialising in mental health support for adults experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss.
I am also experienced in helping people who have experienced difficulties with depression, LGBTQIA+ issues, gender and identity issues, confidence, self-esteem, bereavement and academic pressure.
I am trained in various therapeutic approaches such as person centred, psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Existential therapy.
Fees- £60 for face to face sessions and Online is £50 per session. I offer a free 15 minute telephone call.
