I believe that therapy can help you find new ways of looking at things. If you are struggling, feeling low or aware of something holding you back then therapy can help you re-evaluate and make new sense of your life. It can be hard to seek support but it might still be easier than just carrying on. Therapy offers the chance to work towards feeling more comfortable, secure and confident in yourself.
Each person and set of circumstances are completely unique and I offer an inclusive, non-judgmental and compassionate space to explore any challenges or concerns. From the beginning of the therapeutic relationship we focus on establishing trust and a strong sense of safety so that you can understand your problems through a deeper awareness of your experiences, thoughts and feelings.
I work integratively which means using different approaches for different needs, drawing on my training in person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I am a student member of the BACP and abide by their ethical framework.
