Anna became interested in therapy when she started her first job, in youth development. Many of the young people in the programme needed emotional and psychological support and she wanted to be able to provide it, safely, so she went to the Central School of Counselling and Therapy. That was nearly 30 years ago. During the pandemic, Anna decided to update and upgrade her qualifications and she is currently training in a Pluralistic model.
Drawing on a range of approaches according to your specific needs and interests, Anna offers a working alliance where you set the pace and depth. She is interested in learning about you and your experience, whatever that may be, and will always treat you with respect and consideration.
Anna is from North Yorkshire and has lived in Lambeth for 25 years.
Anna has first-hand experience of the benefits of therapy. She understands it can be daunting but believes that it’s well worth the effort.
