My name is Eri, I am a trainee Person-Centred psychotherapist passionate about self-discovery and personal growth. I have experience working with adults and young people (ages 16 and above) with a wide range of issues, e.g., anxiety, low self-esteem/confidence, stress, depression, grief and loss, bereavement, relationship issues, anger issues and trauma.
I desire all clients to discover their inner strength and reach their full potential, which I believe brings about a more fulfilling and meaningful life. My sessions are tailored around the needs and preferences of my clients I utilise tools from CBT and psychodynamic therapy to maximise the healing and breakthrough of my clients. During sessions, clients can explore past experiences or learned behaviour that may be affecting their current life, break negative patterns and make positive changes. I empower clients to identify unhelpful thoughts and work with them to establish healthier coping mechanisms to navigate the world around them.
My approach ensures clients feel they are within a safe and confidential space where they can share their difficulties. I am a member of the NCS and adhere to its standards and ethics.
