Cassandra Ngoala

Cassandra has always worked in roles that involve helping and supporting people, she is passionate about walking alongside others as they explore solutions to the issues that are important to them. Her interest in the complexities of wellbeing, and belief that talking therapy should be accessible to all, led to her decision to retrain and change career. She is currently training in a Pluralistic model and is a registrant of the NCPS regulatory body. She believes that all clients are individual, and her priority is to ensure that each client feels safe and comfortable.

Cassandra has experienced personal therapy as part of her own personal development, so she understands that it can feel unnerving but is confident that it is a worthwhile pursuit. She understands that people come to therapy for numerous reasons, with diverse life experiences and perspectives, and is focused on listening to you talk about your concerns, emotions, fears or anything else that is causing you discomfort. Using an integrative approach based on your individual needs and goals, she will work with you at your own pace without judgement, encouraging you to explore healthy and helpful strategies that work for you.
